Homeschooling, A Labor of Love!

Gather together a group of new moms, and it’s only a matter of time before talk turns to tales of  labor and delivery.  Gather together a group of new homeschoolers, and it’s only a matter of time before talk turns to tales of the birth of their homeschool.

One is not that different from the other; both are labors of love!  In the labor and delivery of an infant, a woman has her husband, her doctors, and a full staff of nurses to assist her.  In the labor and delivery of a homeschool, a woman has her husband, her fellow homeschoolers, and a whole staff at The Old Schoolhouse Magazine to assist her!

I didn’t find TOS:  The Old School Magazine until my third year of homeschooling, and am I ever sorry it took me so long… and am I glad my labor wasn’t that long with either of my boys!

TOS is not your usual homeschool magazine!  Each issue of TOS offers page after page of homeschool encouragement, ideas, and support.  The articles will make you laugh, make you cry, and give you the strength and motivation to keep going, even when the going gets rough.

And right now, TOS is having a “Labor of Love” sale!  Through midnight PDT on September 15th, a one-year print subscription (beginning with the Winter issue) is just $7.95.  A one-year plus current issue (includes the Fall issue) is just $12.95.

But there’s a catch, there’s always a catch – something akin to the baby making his appearance before you make it to the hospital – there are only 5,000 of these subscriptions available – once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Don’t wait, subscribe today for only $7.95 (which is less than I paid for my subscription, and I thought I got a bargain!)

For more information and to subscribe, visit The Old Schoolhouse Magazine here!  Don’t delay!  Subscribe today!

I am a member of the TOS Crew, and therefore considered an independent contractor for The Old Schoolhouse.  I am receiving an MP3 of the Fall EXPO TO GO in exchange for this writing this post.  The opinions stated in this post are, however, my honest opinions of the magazine – I LOVE it!
