Addendum: The World of Webkinz
I have discovered one little problem with Webkinz, with that little lesson I had hoped to teach the kids – that money does not grow on trees…. The problem: Patrick and I LOVE the games on the Webkinz site. I am especially fond of one called Cash Cow 2. I earned both of the boys over $500 in Webkinz cash in one evening. Now, when they logged on the next day, where did they think that money came from? Not from trees; they thought it was from Mom, but what lesson did that teach? Well, at least Webkinz is proving to be a great incentive for listening and following directions.
